I accept Visa and MasterCard. To place an internet order by credit card, please use my secure shopping cart. Use my printable Order Form to place a credit card order by fax (fax #: 607.746.3531) or to place an order by mail. I accept personal checks and money orders. Orders paid for by check increase the time I need to fill the order. All prices are in US Dollars.

At this time, I do not accept orders outside the US.

Most orders are shipped by UPS or Priority US Mail. Rugs are usually sent insured via FedEx Ground. The insurance charge is included in the cost of the rug.

Occasionally the cost of shipping an order will differ from the table shown at left. In that case, I will contact you by email and reduce the shipping/handling cost on your order. For orders shipped to a NYS address, 8% sales tax will be added.

For all orders: Please include a daytime phone in case I need to speak with you about your order. UPS will not deliver to a PO box so please include a street address.

Most orders are filled within 5 business days. If an item is out of stock or there will be a delay, I will notify you immediately. I’ll confirm receipt of all orders by either email or phone. An email will let you know that your order has shipped.

Returns: Please contact me by email or phone within 7 days of receipt of your order to discuss a return. Exchange or credit only.

First let me say that I'm frequently adding new rugs to my gallery. Rugs that are available to purchase will be in the beginning of the gallery pages.

If a rug in the gallery has been sold, you might want to consider talking with me about commissioning a rug. The images in the rugs that are no longer available may spark an idea for your commission. I can make rugs that are quite similar to ones that are already in collections (marked sold in my gallery page), but wools vary and no two rugs will ever be exactly the same. The procedure is to make a 50% down payment, with the balance due when the rug is ready to ship.

If you decide to commission me to make a rug that I've not previously made, we'll talk together about your ideas and I'll give you the cost of the rug. The first step is for me to make some drawings. Before I do this, a preliminary nonrefundable downpayment of between $50 to $150 is required (this is part of the total cost). I then send you the drawing(s) for your approval. Upon approval, a nonrefundable 50% deposit is then due. A commissioned rug generally requires up to 8 weeks to complete. I'll notify you when the rug is finished and ship the rug promptly upon receipt of the balance due.

I welcome commissions -- they often are the place where I find ways to expand my work. Please don't hesitate to contact me with your ideas.
